Helix Bridge is a pedestrian bridge linking Marina Center with Marina Bay area in Singapore. The bridge is designed in collaboration of architects from Cox Architecture Architects 61, and engineers from Arup. The bridge structure is a tubular truss inspired by DNA. The bridge has a total length of 280 meters and the largest span is 65 meters. The bridge is made of stainless steel, if the steel is stretched out straight from end to end, it would measure 2.25 km in length.
