The Jacques Chaban-Delmas Bridge is a vertical-lift bridge that crosses the Garonne River in the city of Bordeaux in France. Construction of the bridge began in 2009, and in 2013 the bridge was opened. The bridge is 575 meters long and has a span of 110 metres, making it the largest vertical-lift bridge in the world.
